ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL
Cassin offers its customers the highest quality of service. We stand behind each item we sell. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date you received the item (s) subject to the following conditions:
Full price merchandise returned will be credited full amount to the Credit Card originally charged, minus Shipping and a 3% restocking fee.
Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE
Returned merchandise must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number given from customer care.
Returns must be sent to Cassin within 7 days from the date you received the items.
Merchandise must be UNUSED and in its same condition as it was shipped.
Absolutely no merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged will be accepted.
Your original Sales invoice must be included in the box being returned.

your choice that provides a tracking #, such as FedEx or UPS. SCBMI is NOT responsible in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
